INCOMING RESERVATIONS SYSTEM

· Definition of agencies, hotels, transfers, car hire and excursions including anything else ‘bookable’ by agents.
· Creation of Hotel, transfer and car hire contracts for each agent with special offers, supplements & other particularities.
· Full reservation details records including passenger arrival/departure information, names and any services booked.
· Invoice issuance for agents with bookings they’ve been charged for, commissions deducted
· Conversion to a specific currency where necessary
· Generation of Reports for both representatives and for internal statistical use
· Exports all transfer commitments to the Transport System for them to arrange the necessary transfers.
· Automatic loading of booking files received from agents, amending, canceling or creating new bookings, and report printing with booking changes for reporting to the hotels.
