Record library with the history of all Louis Organization employees up to now. It provides Personnel Departments with 2 main category reports:
· EMPLOYEE INFORMATION such as static information, appraisals, provident fund status, seminars attended & statistical reports.
· PAYROLL with records of monthly or weekly payments for all Louis Organization employees.

Data Input >Payment run >Pay slip print outs> Bank Account Money Transfer via e-mail of electronic media
· Report generation for accounts and personnel departments use.
· Payments automatically interfaced with the Platinum Accounting System.
